Rafic El Helou launched his career as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Banque de Gestion Privée Indosuez in Paris. He also had an experience as a Financial Analyst at Stratford Capital in France before joining LIBANK in 2012.

Rafic held various positions in the middle office and front office departments in LIBANK, including Private Banking functions, before being appointed General Secretary of the Bank.

Mr. El Helou obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Economics and a Master’s Degree in Financial and Economic Engineering, from Université Paris-Dauphine, and has an MBA in Strategy and Economic Intelligence from Ecole de Guerre Economique, Paris.
